2. Digital Products (Ebooks)
Our ebooks are digital products with immediate access.

For this reason:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the purchase is made.

  • This is due to the digital nature of the product, which cannot be returned.

  • The customer gains immediate access to the content upon payment.

⚠️ Exceptions:
A refund will only be considered in the case of a demonstrable technical error, such as:

  • Complete inability to download the ebook

  • Duplicate charge error

In these cases, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 7 days from the purchase.

3. Consultancy and Mentoring Services
For consultancy and mentoring services:

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been provided.

  • If the service has not started, the customer may request a refund.

  • Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Each case will be evaluated individually.

  • We do not guarantee financial, commercial, or professional results.

  • Results depend on the customer's effort, context, and application.

  • The lack of results does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

5. Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service for justified reasons.
In that case, the customer may choose between:

  • Rescheduling the service

  • A full refund of the amount paid
